These static pages do not provide Google sign-in, request Google permissions, receive backup uploads, or contain advertising, analytics scripts, or application cookies. GitHub Pages hosts the website and may process ordinary request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, under GitHub’s privacy statement. Emailing the operator supplies the information you choose to include.

Information used by the tools

Separate tools can access the Google information covered by the permissions an account holder grants. Depending on the selected tool, this can include account identity, email, calendars, contacts, tasks, files and file metadata, documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and other explicitly authorized Workspace information. Backup tools process the files selected for backup. Authorization tokens allow approved tools to connect without requesting the Google account password.

Purpose and processing

Access is used to carry out the account holder’s selected productivity, automation, document, and backup tasks. Data may be processed on the operator’s devices and configured services. Where an account holder explicitly requests an AI-assisted or third-party workflow, the relevant information may be sent to the provider selected for that workflow; that provider’s applicable privacy and retention terms also apply. Do not authorize a workflow unless you are comfortable with its destination.

Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or used by Lotus Home to train general-purpose AI models. Lotus Home’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Transfers must be limited to the requested user-facing function or other purposes permitted by that policy.

Storage and retention

Working data, authorization tokens, operational records, and selected backups may remain on the operator’s devices and configured storage services for the associated tasks and recovery needs. Retention depends on the tool and storage destination; there is no universal automatic deletion period. Backup copies can outlive the original file. This website does not publish those records or backups.

Your choices and deletion

You can revoke a tool’s Google access at any time in Google Account connections. Revocation prevents future authorized access but does not itself erase files or backups already created. To request removal of an account connection, retained information, or backup copies controlled by the operator, contact himanshu21@gmail.com. Identify the relevant account and data without sending passwords or access tokens. Copies in services you control may also need to be removed there.

Security and changes

Keep access credentials private and grant only permissions needed for the intended task. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Material changes to these practices should be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
